What changes and why

Disposable test, do not approve or merge. Adds only docs/folder-cowork-verification.md (Status: template), which states it is a disposable test with no project facts.

Purpose: verify that a Cowork session can contribute from the owner's attached local curator-publish folder via host execution and existing host credentials (no cloud clone, no cloud repository attachment, no Claude Code). Owner ABZerra explicitly authorized this one test, including that the PR stays a draft with no approval, merge or auto-merge.

Evidence and limits

No evidence retained; this is not a knowledge contribution. Branched from accepted main at e4192e5a040185efb383d329f68175d9c7c92a45. Related open proposal #3 is unrelated and left untouched.

Validation and review

The three objective checks passed locally with 0 violations each: internal-references, evidence-provenance, document-status (Python 3.12, hashed checks/requirements.lock). git diff --check passed. No reviewer requested and auto-merge deliberately not enabled, per the owner's test instructions. Close this PR and delete its branch after the test is reviewed.
