ci: full camino tier on master pushes and weekly runs - #88

Master is the pre-release gate for the stable mirror, and the real-site tier (DD10/DD11 camino, DD12 git flow) is exactly the burn-in class this suite exists for — yet it only ran on manual dispatch, so the gate never actually covered it. - push + schedule now set E2E_DDEV_SITE=camino (expression avoids the GH-expressions empty-string falsy trap; off value is 'none') - workflow_dispatch: site_tier checkbox defaults to true, deselect for a lean skeleton run - design record delta in ddev-e2e-test.md (status block + §8): the 'defaults only' phase ended once the full-tier runtime was proven — the 2026-08-23 full camino run finished green inside the 60 min job timeout unit 23 (incl. test-workflows.sh chmod lists), YAML parse green.
