Adds H1–H6 toolbar buttons to Markdown fields. Clicking a heading button applies that level to selected lines, switches an existing heading's level, or removes it when the same level is clicked again.
All heading buttons are opt-in, so the default toolbar and existing field configurations stay unchanged. The blueprint button picker uses Bard's full-width setting and adds hover/drag feedback plus “Drag to rearrange” instructions.
