Background
The checkout action warning is resolved, but the latest main CI still reports the Node.js 20 action-runtime deprecation for actions/setup-node@v4.
Implementation
Update the Node setup step to the current actions/setup-node@v7 release. The configured project test runtime remains Node.js 20, and no workflow name, job identifier, permission, or quality gate changes.

This changes only the action implementation runtime. It does not raise the supported runtime of @stack-sh/theme.
