Product & experimentation analyst. London. Currently building ChatBotCV.
ChatBotCV — upload a CV, get a chatbot recruiters can question. The constraint is the product: it answers only from the document, cites where it got each claim, and says "that's not in the CV" rather than inventing something plausible. Most CV-AI tools optimise for sounding good. This one optimises for not lying.
Also runs a gap report (questions your CV can't answer well), a job-advert cross-check, and an agency tier for recruiters bundling candidate shortlists.
Socion — Socionics-based matching.
Socionics Insight — the largest English-language Socionics reference, plus a 17-book series.
ATS Defence — browser tower defence where you play the applicant tracking system. Waves of applicants advance on a single vacancy, and hiring one is the loss condition. Three minutes a run, no sign-up. Underneath the joke it is an instrumentation testbed: a twelve-event taxonomy with six global properties, a Supabase event store, and A/B experiments wired through GrowthBook. Source.
How I work: instrument first, then read the funnel, then build. Most of what I ship starts as a hypothesis with an event attached to it. A fair amount gets killed by its own data, which is the point.
Open to product / CRO / experimentation roles.
