Replace the update.channel pings troubleshooting section - #2099

update.channel has had no effect since Sourcegraph 7.1 (sourcegraph/sourcegraph#10932). Pings and update checks are gated by the allow-air-gapped license feature instead. sourcegraph/sourcegraph#17442 removes the setting from the site schema. The example in docs/admin/config/site-config.mdx is inside a SCHEMA_SYNC block and will be dropped by the generated-docs sync once sourcegraph/sourcegraph#17442 merges.
