Steward PRs touching only examples/ or model_update_scripts/ got no labels, so they never auto-merged. Add examples (sbt-built, CI-verified) to both labels; model_update_scripts (not compiled by CI) gets only the dependency label.

Updates to .scalafmt.conf matched no labeler pattern, so scalafmt-core
PRs got neither label. Automerge is safe here: CI runs scalafmtCheckAll,
which fails if the new scalafmt version changes formatting.

Follow the sttp/tapir pattern: a verifyExamplesCompileUsingScalaCli-style
task compiles each scala-cli file individually, wired into the CI build
job via VirtusLab/scala-cli-setup. Covers both examples/ and
model_update_scripts/, whose //> using dep directives sbt never sees.

The new check immediately caught drift: three examples had no directives
at all, and the rest pinned 0.4.0-era versions incompatible with their
own code. All directives now pin current releases.

With CI vouching for them, model_update_scripts joins the automerge
label.
