Update or delete communities

I tried to split commits logically

I deleted community after a search :

• "<location> software crafters community" first page of results
  • on qwant
  • on google
• "craft" in <location>, in technologies topic on Meetup in group search page first results (few scrolls)

For community with updated URL, maybe they are other communities with the same topic, maybe they are the same people behind

I found :

• several Github pages of community that have not been active for several years
• several communities that disappeared when the main person behind changed their home city
• many communities of knitting, painting, woodworking... x)

Tools used :

watchexec --clear --wrap-process none --watch communities/ -- 'devcontainer exec ./node_modules/.bin/npm-run-all build:communities build:conferences build:conferences-ics >/dev/null && devcontainer exec npm run test:data:url' # i merged #269 localy during the work ; but i kept the PR separated

devcontainer exec npm run dev -- --host 0.0.0.0

We had 91 communities ; now we have 72

I can change anything if you want (renaming commit, spliting PR...)
