Use
web-packagesto install and project the JavaScript packages required by the browser integration tests.The test page derives its import map from the generated
.manifest.json, committednode_modulescontent remains removed, and the Test Packages workflow verifies the projection through theweb:packagestasks.Local validation: package frozen install/check, 33 non-browser tests, RuboCop, and 100% documentation coverage pass. The Safari browser suite could not run locally because remote automation is disabled; CI will cover it.
