Summary
Rename the maintained fork to CMarkly and clearly document its relationship to GitHub cmark-gfm. Use the lowercase readme.md filename and enumerate every maintained behavioral and API difference from upstream.
Build the core library as libcmarkly and the companion extension library as libcmarkly-extensions for static and shared configurations. Rename the pkg-config metadata, installed CMake exports, examples, wrappers, and test loading paths accordingly.
The cmark_* API symbols, cmark-gfm headers, and cmark-gfm command remain compatible for straightforward upstream synchronization and source migration.
Validation
A clean out-of-tree build emits and installs the CMarkly library names and metadata. All 15 native test groups pass against the renamed libraries.
