Groups consecutive assistant messages into a single response group with one aggregated token/cost footer once complete, so the agent reply reads as a single flow.
Also fixes uploaded images rendering as blank space in the message list (FileImage resets on uri change and prefers RNImage for data: urls; event stream salvages local file uris before merging the server echo and never clobbers a renderable file url), and removes the stray inset half-divider above Git graph in the session extras menu.
