Summary
Adopt the simplified shared package release contract while preserving this repository's publish commands. Use feature-branch workflow references for integration, serialize releases, retain PR CI, guard first-major branch bootstrap, and pass GH_PAT to the main-version bump.
BREAKING CHANGE: removes the obsolete create-release is-prerelease input and adopts the next-major shared workflow contract. Keep feature references until the coordinated merge; do not repoint existing major tags.
Validation and rollout
Local actionlint passed for all eight migrated package CI/CD pairs. Shared release fixtures: 21 passing tests. Hosted cross-repository proof is pending. Confirm organization GH_PAT availability before enabling the workflow.
Depends on sketch7/.github#27 and sketch7/version-builder-action#94. Draft deliberately: remaining app migrations, version-only bump-merge skip verification, and nonproduction integration must finish before merge. No packages or major tags were published for this migration.
