Pageviews don't include which script URL the site embeds #137

What
Pageviews include the build name in version (for example cdn_latest_12), but not the URL of the script the site loads. We can't see which hostname or path a site embeds, such as scripts.simpleanalyticscdn.com/latest.js, a pinned v12/app.js, a custom domain or a proxy path.
Why
Before and after releases like v12, we need to know which script URLs are in use. That shows who is on latest, who pins a version, and which custom domains and proxies serve the script.
Notes
The query string of the script URL must not be collected. The queue also needs to accept and store the new value.
