Docs miss some script version 12 changes #68

What

Script version 12 (simpleanalytics/scripts#40) is live, and #62 documents most of it. Some v12 changes are still missing or outdated in the docs:

• The data-referrer / sa_settings.referrer setting isn't documented.
• sa_pageview docs don't cover the callback, a query string in the path, the custom namespace (ba_pageview), or that the function is always available.
• The events introduction still says sa_pageview keeps its name with a custom namespace, and that inline events need a helper script.
• The metadata page says sa_metadata is only read once, when the script loads.
• The allow params page says parameter names are case-sensitive.
• The CSP page says automated events need 'unsafe-inline' for onclick attributes.
• The metrics, what we collect, and URL parameter pages don't mention query parameter names or the script URL being sent.
• There's no "what's new" page for v12, like the ones for v9 and v10.

Why

Customers on v12 get wrong or incomplete information about what the script does and collects.
