Docs don't describe script version 12 #61

What

The docs describe script version 11. Version 12 (simpleanalytics/scripts#40) changes or adds:

• the SRI version and hashes,
• visible-only time on page, rounded down,
• pings,
• query parameter names (querykeys),
• Cloudflare challenge arrivals counting as unique,
• phone clicks in automated events,
• inline events in the main script, including optional 404 detection.

Why

Customers need accurate docs when v12 is deployed. Some of the changes affect what we collect by default.
