This pr:

  • moves kubeprism from the kubernetes guides over to the Talos section
  • removes all the extra blank lines throughout the docs ( reason why it seems like such a large PR)

this should be using 1.14 KubePrism config format (that was the whole goal of moving it?)

I still don't see this document being correct - KubePrism is enabled by default always for a long time. So why enabling KubePrism? KubePrism is default enabled >= 1.6.

I think this finally needs to be written down properly.
