Moved the talosconfig and omniconfig sections out of the prerequisites to make them easier to read. They are now included in the body of the Getting Started guide, where readers are less likely to miss them.

We dropped the actual instruction. The old copy said to download these from the Omni dashboard. The screenshot is Home → CLI, but the text no longer says that.
