## Scope - Capture every schema and flowchart semantic validation issue, including repair hints. - Return a bounded first eight diagnostics in the existing 422 `malformed_output` contract. - Surface every returned API issue message and hint in CLI failure details. ## Proof - `pnpm nx run-many -t typecheck,test,build` - passed (52 tasks; 50 executed, 2 cache hits) - `pnpm nx build-storybook diagram-ui` - passed - Added generation, Playground API, and CLI diagnostic regression coverage. This is PR 1 of 6 in the generation-reliability stack.
