+- `CHANGES.md` removed and its contents merged into this file. It was the only
+  record of the 0.2.0, 0.3.0 and 0.4.0 releases, so those entries were migrated
+  rather than discarded, with their original wording preserved and their dates
+  recovered from git history. This changelog now runs unbroken from 0.2.0, and
+  the project keeps a single changelog instead of two.
