Companion to serenedb/duckdb#70 (catalog/data split, serenedb/serenedb#930): the fork replaced StandardEntry's captured schema reference with resolution through SchemaIdentity, so the .schema member is gone. Mechanical: entry.schema -> entry.ParentSchema() at the seven use sites.
