API(sampling): default sampling helpers to differential evolution - #142

Use DE for standard, persistent, and nested SMC, standalone MCMC, and additional posterior draws. Update default-method tests and documentation while retaining explicit MiniPCN selection.
Expose the minipcn extra and retain it in test environments. Keep default DE sampling usable without MiniPCN, with installation guidance when MiniPCN mutation or its adaptive wrapper is selected.

Change the sampling helpers to default to DE.
This avoids another dependency (minipcn) and, from my testing for GW analyses, DE is more robust.
