Adds scripts/time-demo.sh plus a short section in docs/demo.md.

The script runs deploy/docker-compose.demo.yml from cold volumes and prints a markdown table of:

  • seconds from up -d to all healthy (sqlserver, postgres and server healthy; certs and seed exited 0)
  • seconds to worker enrolled ([demo] worker starting. in the worker log)
  • peak total and per-container memory, sampled with docker stats every 5 s

It pulls images first (not timed), then tears down with down -v, including on Ctrl-C or timeout (default 300 s).

Needed for the RSA-6 r/SQLServer post: the 60 to 90 s and 4 GB claims are still unmeasured, because the harness arm64 Docker VM cannot run SQL Server under QEMU.

Testing: POSIX sh, no network beyond image pulls, no workflow changes. shellcheck -s sh is clean (koalaman/shellcheck) and sh -n passes. Not run end to end: SQL Server can't start on the authoring host, so the first real run on an amd64 or Rosetta Mac is the real test. Please check the awk memory parsing on that run.

Needed for real start-up and memory figures; the harness arm64 VM cannot run SQL Server.
