What

Replace `LICENSE` with the verbatim Apache License 2.0 text from apache.org.

Why

The existing file had reworded definitions (Work, Contribution, Contributor) and was 177 lines instead of 202, so GitHub reported the license as `NOASSERTION`. That blocks license detection and would fail OSI-license checks such as GSoC's.

Verified

  • `gh api repos/seleniumboot/selenium-boot/license?ref=` returns `Apache-2.0`; on master it returns `NOASSERTION`.
  • License terms are unchanged; `pom.xml` already declares Apache-2.0.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

The LICENSE file had reworded definitions and no appendix, so GitHub could
not identify it (reported NOASSERTION). Replace it with the verbatim text
from apache.org so the license is detected as Apache-2.0.
