Renames the 1.1.0 changelog section to 1.1.1. 1.1.0 is being withdrawn: Packagist would not update its source reference in place after the retag, so the number is being burned rather than fought.
The v1.1.0 tag and GitHub release get deleted after this merges, then 1.1.1 is released normally.
