Back with the github script the action would infer the repository from the environment variables (or github context, not sure), while right now it needs to have a repository checked out.
If we truly want people to split test execution from setting up the report, asking to clone the repository in the report job feels wrong. Thus, this makes
ghuse the repository defined inGITHUB_REPOSITORY.
