Implements and hardens the UnitFlow Rust + Flutter application on the audit branch. This PR now includes the conversion engine, adaptive Flutter product workflows, local persistence/backups, explicit rounding, accessibility/reduced-motion controls, localization infrastructure, Rust↔Flutter bridge scaffolding, branding, security/privacy safeguards, fuzz/property/widget/journey tests, performance profiling, repository safety checks, and release engineering.
The canonical detailed implementation/verification handoff is maintained in
what_changed.md. CI, CodeQL, dependency review, formatting, generated bindings, and platform/release evidence must be treated as authoritative before merge. Any failures discovered by the current quality gates will be fixed on this branch before merge.
