If you are getting Error : EACCESS, mkdir '/user/local/lib/node_modules/appium'
Don't install appium with sudo
Try following steps.
- Open Finder
- Go to folder "/usr/local/lib"
- Find out folder node_modules and changes it permission to Read & Write.
- now try to install appium
