The lines for the ant's legs are too thin. Because of this, the movement won't look clear and dynamic even if it's placed in the menu bar.

Thanks for the review! I've thickened the legs (femur from 1.7 px to 2.6 px, tibia from 1.2 px to 2.0 px on the 64x36 canvas) and gave the mid legs a bit more splay so they stay distinct at menu bar size.

While I was at it I also gave the antennae a heavier scape with a clearer elbow, and added mandibles. Frames and preview are updated.

Just to confirm the direction, are you intending a realistic runner or a stylized one?

I actually applied it as a custom runner to the menu bar and checked its operation. The current ant lacks leg joints, and honestly, it does not look like it is walking.

I searched Google Images for "walking ant gif" to see if there were any good reference examples, but finding just the right representation seems quite difficult.
