| Banks that were already using Human Essentials when these switches were added have both set to "Yes", so nothing changed for them. If you never want either kind of email, set them to "No" -- this is simpler than turning reminders off Partner by Partner. If both are "No", the Partner form will show a notice that reminder emails are turned off for your organization. |

We don't need to talk about how bank options changed over time or defaulted from previous values. Remove the first sentence.
