I work across software engineering, research, and product development.
My recent work includes real-time software, applied AI, quantum computing, and systems that connect software with the physical world.

Led the development of a command platform combining push-to-talk audio, live video, dispatcher workflows, SOS, location, and device monitoring.
Co-built a support operations platform combining AI-assisted triage and reply drafting with live queues, explainable routing, review workflows, and workload visibility.
Designed an e-waste collection system spanning reusable box exchange, smart lockers, service operations, and sorting traceability.
Co-built a hybrid quantum-classical portfolio optimizer balancing return, risk, diversification, and ESG priorities. It won the Portfolio Optimization challenge and placed third overall at the 2025 GenQ Hackathon in Singapore. Source
- Qu-Alz - MRI processing, stage classification, and quantum-derived entropy features; first runner-up at SEA Quantathon 2025 and later presented at ASEAN IVO Forum 2025.
- MedRec Sentinel - an audit-first medication reconciliation prototype for discharge review.
- Sabay Publish - a bilingual English-Filipino editorial workflow.
Frontier prices are falling as open weights improve. The competition is moving into the products and infrastructure around the models.
AI can make code cheaper to produce. That leaves teams with more to choose, review, and maintain.
What a push-to-talk prototype taught me about separating interface behavior, media delivery, and physical checks.
I run RVCO, an independent software practice focused on software recovery, internal tools, automation, and custom systems.
Outside work, I'm unusually good at Minesweeper.
