This re-pin moves @robertblust/design from v0.154.0 to v0.155.0. A scrollbar in the chat panel and in the stage's card is drawn in the surface's own colors where a browser shows one at all times, as Edge on Windows does, in place of the browser's pale bar on a dark panel. chat.css and stage.css are the synced files that change, and the cards' stamps follow them; the pages, the pictures and the sitemap came out as they were. The model and parser pins stay where they are. Upstream notes: https://github.com/robertblust/design/releases/tag/v0.155.0.

Verified: the lockfile resolves @robertblust/design to the tag's commit; npm run design, pages, pictures, pages, og and sitemap ran; every command of pins.json's verify list passed locally.

npm run design rewrote chat.css and stage.css; the cards' stamps followed, and the pages, the pictures and the sitemap came out as they were.
