Release v0.7.0: the notices indicator + Ctrl+b n popup (#16) and the Alpine cluster skills / hpc-* rename (#15).
Bumps the version in
sinteractive,pixi.toml, and the man page; cuts the changelog's Unreleased section to [0.7.0] with updated comparison links.After merge: tag the merge commit on main as v0.7.0 and publish the GitHub release.
