The homepage blog bar now starts expanding after 48px of scrolling instead of 128px and reaches the full post card 64px sooner. Its collapsed width is reduced from 896px to 672px, with the sticky track and hero clearance adjusted to match.
Validation: checked desktop and mobile scrolling, short-screen and reduced-motion layouts, and horizontal overflow. No browser errors; Prettier and
git diff --checkpassed.
