🤖 Prepare River for Java 0.1.0, its first non-prerelease release. Update the parent, library, CLI, conformance adapter, version assertions, and installation examples together, and remove the README's prerelease label.
Add release notes covering GitHub-backed public Maven distribution, the switch from the shaded CLI to a thin JAR with JBang/Maven installation, and corrected CLI version and classpath metadata. Advance the development guide's next-release example to 0.1.1.
Validation:
make lint/java test/java/tools test/java/sqlite check/java/packagepassed, including 514 Java/CLI tests, 10 release-tool tests, and archive checks.make test/java/postgresalso passed against an isolated local Postgres database.After merge, build and publish the nine release artifacts under
