pyo3 dependency has a plain extension-module feature (no abi3), so every CPython interpreter needs its own build (cp310-cp314, cp314t); PyPy (pp310/pp311, also published upstream) is dropped since it has no riscv64 port. Dependency tree is pure Rust (RustCrypto crates + jsonwebtoken + prost + pyo3, no ring/openssl-sys/vendored C), confirmed to cross-compile cleanly with `cargo check --target riscv64gc-unknown-linux-gnu`. Test step mirrors upstream's `just test` (pytest tests/*) minus the three files that call restate.create_test_harness, which always starts a docker.io/restatedev/restate container: that image's manifest list only carries linux/amd64 and linux/arm64, so it cannot run on riscv64 regardless of Docker availability on the runner.
