Pure-Cython MySQL protocol fork of asyncmy (already ported here), no bundled C client library or arch-specific code; builds cleanly with a local pip wheel. Mirrors build-asyncmy.yml, narrowed to the three test files that don't need a live MySQL/MariaDB server.

0.2.21 has no patches directory; the unconditional glob passed to git apply failed CI with 'No such file or directory'. Guard it the same way build-awscrt.yml/build-casadi.yml/build-soundfile.yml do.

asyncmy20.2.21Compiles asyncmy2's Cython implementation of the MySQL/MariaDB wire protocol (charset, connection, converters, cursors, errors, pool, protocol) into per-interpreter riscv64 extensions. Upstream publishes no riscv64 wheel.
