The nightly-upgrade bot bumped docs/packages/rawpy.yaml to 0.27.1 but did not copy patches/rawpy/0.27.0/ forward, so build-rawpy.yml's git apply patches/rawpy/0.27.1/*.patch failed with no such directory. The vendored LibRaw pin's affected files are unchanged between 0.27.0 and 0.27.1, so the existing patch (gotcha 166) applies as-is; verified with git apply --check against an actual v0.27.1 checkout with submodules.
