test_disabled_minify_reconciles_asset_handoffs_and_removals races the same zensical serve file-watcher against a hardcoded 10s wait_for() timeout as the already-deselected test_serve_refreshes_autorefs_before_validation. Under contended CI this intermittently fails, which is why versions 0.0.58, 0.0.60 and 0.0.62 failed CI while 0.0.59 and 0.0.61 happened to pass in the same run (identical failure/traceback on all three).
