3.5.1 added assume to the hypothesis import the health-check patch touches, so the patch is rebased onto the new import line.

The cp314t riscv64 job's test-dependency install pulled PyPI's newest hypothesis (6.168.0), which has no cp314t riscv64 wheel and fails building from sdist (needs a rustup target riscv64 doesn't have). Our registry hosts hypothesis 6.165.10 with a cp314t riscv64 wheel; PIP_ONLY_BINARY=hypothesis in CIBW_TEST_ENVIRONMENT keeps pip from picking the newer sdist-only PyPI release (gotcha 210).
