sdk-python 1.33.0 adds test_signal_with_start_uses_target_context_for_converter_and_codec to tests/nexus/test_temporal_system_nexus.py, alongside the two existing tests in that module that start a local Temporal dev server via WorkflowEnvironment. That server has no riscv64 binary (gotcha 109), so cp310-abi3 failed with "RuntimeError: Failed starting Temporal dev server: invalid ephemeral server download: unsupported architecture: riscv64".
