docs: state that #1023 closed SECOND_ORACLE's open transcription question - #1629

…tion The page still said that src/transform.ts's world-transform function describes itself as the runtime's transcription (`inheritedMatrix`) and that whether it stays is the owner's call. #1023 (94c8a35) replaced those routines with calls to the core's measured form, every emitted byte unchanged; `inheritedMatrix` no longer exists and transform.ts calls `worldTransforms` in src/core/world.ts. Both paragraphs now state that; nothing else on the page changes. Measured: `grep inheritedMatrix docs/SECOND_ORACLE.md` no match; `bun run selftest -- --only currency,shipped-doc,guide` 122 PASS, 0 FAIL (partial run, exit 2).
