The paste as card is now drawn at start like the panel and brought forward in the same turn, so it takes the keyboard from the very first Ctrl+Alt+P; if Windows refuses, it retries through the thread in front instead of typing a key, and the log says where the focus went. The card no longer moves when stepping with the arrows, leaving it forgets the paste target, the Alt menu mask is only sent for the plain paste that opens no window, and the settings window compares shortcuts the same order- and alias-insensitive way the backend does.
