Summary

  • harden the prompt-to-app pipeline, deploy repair loop, publishing boundary, and run reconciliation
  • consolidate the public documentation into numbered quickstart, extension, architecture, and takeaways guides
  • add deployment prerequisites, deployed-doctor instructions, current Render plan IDs, and launch cleanup
  • bound agent tasks and shell commands, and reject unsafe model-authored paths
  • reduce and refocus the test suite while preserving boundary coverage

Fixes:
- A rerun of an existing app waits for a new deploy of each service the
push changed, instead of accepting the old live deploy. The workflow
records each service's newest deploy before the push, and publish-app
reports the services its commit changed.
- The deploy manager can no longer override a failed Render deploy. Its
output has no allHealthy field, and a diagnosis with no failures ends the
  run as deploy_failed.
- claimRun takes a transaction-scoped advisory lock, so concurrent requests
cannot pass the concurrency cap together.
- Image downloads check HTTPS and the host allowlist on every redirect hop,
and stop reading at the size cap.
- sandbox__apply_patch removes its patch file when git apply fails.

Structure:
- awaitDeployment is split into named steps.
- app/git.ts is split into git.ts, files.ts, and github.ts, and
  runVerification moves into verify.ts.
- Comments that narrated code or recorded history are removed or rewritten.

Docs:
- New docs/QUICKSTART.md, docs/WALKTHROUGH.md, and docs/TAKEAWAYS.md.
- README covers why it matters, full prerequisites, and the one-time
Blueprint step. docs/README.md becomes an index and operations reference.
AGENTS.md Invariants is the one list of safety rules.
- Add the MIT LICENSE that the README already claimed.

434 tests become 104. Each test goes through a public entry point (an HTTP
route, a task body, or an exported function), fakes only the systems at the
edge, and asserts what a user or operator sees. Tests of exact messages, SQL
text, prompt wording, call counts, and private helpers are gone.

Where it is cheap, tests run the real thing: git against a local remote,
tar, and a shell in temporary directories. Blueprint tests parse the YAML.
The tests for the safety rules in AGENTS.md stay: the GitHub token never
reaches the build sandbox, a commit changes only one app and the root
Blueprint, logs are redacted before the deploy manager reads them, Render
tools are read-only, and the pipeline tasks never retry.

tests/shell.test.ts merges into tests/tools.test.ts. AGENTS.md now asks for
behavior tests and a suite near a hundred, and the Walkthrough describes how
the tests are organized.
