Duplicated formatters

Describe the bug

It shows 2 formatters (duplicated)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Format a java file without having a default formatter selected

Expected behavior
Only 1 formatter (or 2 with different name)

• JDK version: 21 and 25 (Adoptium).
• java --version: openjdk 25.0.4 2026-07-21 LTS
• Visual Studio Code version: Version: 1.135.0 (user setup)
• Java extension version: 1.55.0

I can't replicate this on Linux.
