Fix PHPStan notice after composer update:

vendor/bin/phpstan
Note: Using configuration file /Users/samsonasik/www/rector-doctrine/phpstan.neon.
These files are included multiple times:
- /Users/samsonasik/www/rector-doctrine/vendor/symplify/phpstan-rules/config/code-complexity-rules.neon
- /Users/samsonasik/www/rector-doctrine/vendor/symplify/phpstan-rules/config/configurable-rules.neon
- /Users/samsonasik/www/rector-doctrine/vendor/symplify/phpstan-rules/config/static-rules.neon

It can lead to unexpected results. If you're using phpstan/extension-installer, make sure you have removed corresponding neon files from your project config file.
