feat(common): add new play ideas to ideas list

I have tested my changes locally and verified there are no new warnings or errors

Description

Added 5 new play ideas to src/common/playideas/ideas.json to give contributors
more inspiration for building plays.

New ideas added:

• Expense Tracker (Beginner)
• Markdown Previewer (Beginner)
• Quiz App (Intermediate)
• GitHub Profile Finder (Intermediate)
• Pomodoro Timer (Beginner)

All entries follow the existing JSON format with id, title, description and level fields.

Fixes #1708

Type of change

• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested locally by running npm start — app compiles with 0 errors and the
new ideas are visible on the Ideas page at http://localhost:3000.
