Upgrade reqwest alongside its middleware
With the workspace dependency still pinned to reqwest 0.12, this resolves reqwest-middleware 0.5.2 to reqwest 0.13.4, as shown in the updated lockfile. quickwit-rest-client constructs a 0.12 reqwest::Client and passes it to reqwest_middleware::ClientBuilder::new in rest_client.rs, which expects its distinct 0.13 client type, so the crate no longer type-checks. Upgrade reqwest in the same change and adapt its API, or retain the compatible middleware versions.
