This pull request updates the setup instructions in the
README.mdto help users verify their QMK CLI configuration before proceeding. The most important change is:qmk --helplistsnew-keymapanduserspace-add, and provided troubleshooting guidance if these commands are missing.This would have saved me a little bit of confusion.
