Mason wants the monthly marketing and organizers messages to carry the meetup.com event URL now that the network event exists by send time. Adds the line to both templates and makes meetup_event_url a required month-TOML field. Also persists the Meetup OAuth refresh token rotated by today's GraphQL inspection and dedupe runs.
