Removed the changelog entry in a658fa4. The PR now changes only the license classifier in pyproject.toml; the sdist metadata and rollback checks still pass.

Remove the redundant
License :: OSI Approved :: Apache Software Licenseclassifier while retaining the existingproject.licensevalue and minimum setuptools requirement. This avoids an extra free-text license entry in SBOM consumers without changing the declared Apache-2.0 license.Verification: built source distributions before and after with setuptools 84.0.0, then inspected
PKG-INFO. Before:License: Apache-2.0plus the old classifier. After:License: Apache-2.0, no license classifier, and no classifier deprecation warning. The source distribution build passed in both states. A wheel build could not run here because the Windows environment lacks a Rust compiler; no wheel/test-suite pass is claimed.The code and PR text were AI-assisted; the metadata diff and build outputs were checked before submission.
